The kit-drop model
Back the club
One or two local businesses cover the printing for a tournament kit — no tiers, nothing to pay online.

Chiang Mai Kit
Harlequins × Why Not Pizza × Hang Hound
A limited kit made for the Chiang Mai tournament. Two local businesses co-funded the run and put their logos on the back. We wore it to a Shield runner-up finish — and the shirts we didn't keep are selling around Hua Hin.

How a drop works
No tiers, just kit
- 1
Co-fund the run
One or two local businesses help cover the printing for a tournament kit. That's the whole buy-in — no tiers, nothing to pay online.
- 2
Your logo on the kit
Your logo goes on every top in the run, and you take a few for yourselves. Worn at the tournament and around town.
- 3
The rest funds the season
We sell the surplus around Hua Hin — carrying your logo into the community and putting the money back into the club.
The next drop
Put your brand on the next kit
We run three or four drops a year — one per tournament. The next one's open for a couple of co-sponsors, same deal as Chiang Mai. The current campaigns and a quick way to get in touch live on the sponsor site; James takes the conversation from there.
