Website terms

Training times, pitch locations, events, prices and availability can change, sometimes at short notice. Check the latest club message or contact the committee before travelling, ordering or making plans. A website page or social post is not a guarantee that an activity will go ahead.

Sport involves physical effort and risk. Follow organiser, referee and venue instructions; play within your ability; use suitable equipment; and tell an organiser about an injury or safety concern. A parent or guardian remains responsible for a child in their care unless the club expressly agrees otherwise.

Website content is general club information, not medical, legal or professional safety advice. These terms do not replace any event registration, venue rule, competition rule or participation waiver.

The public playbook and coaching material are educational aids. The current rules, match officials and head coach take priority. Do not rely on an animation or diagram as the only instruction for safe play.

When you submit a photo, video or story, you confirm that:

• you created it or have permission to share it;
• you have obtained any necessary permission from people shown, including for children; and
• it is lawful, accurate in context and does not invade someone's privacy.

You keep ownership. You give the club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, review, resize, crop, caption and publish approved material for club websites, galleries and social communications. You can ask us to stop future use or remove a published item; we will handle reasonable requests as quickly as practical, although we may not be able to recall copies already shared by other people.

Shop pages currently show club merchandise and ways to express interest or arrange collection. Stock, sizing, price and pickup must be confirmed by the club. An enquiry or reservation request is not a completed sale, and the public website does not currently take payment.

Coach and committee access is for authorised club work only. Keep your sign-in secure, do not share an account, and report unexpected access. Access can be changed or removed when a role changes, an account is at risk or the tool is misused.

Do not use the website or club tools to:

• harass, mislead or impersonate another person;
• upload unlawful, harmful, private or malicious material;
• bypass access controls, probe security or interfere with the service; or
• use club names, logos or member content for unauthorised commercial activity.

We may remove material or restrict access when needed to protect the club, its members or its systems.

The site links to services such as Gmail, LINE, Instagram, Facebook and sponsor websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or outages on a service we do not control.

We try to keep club information and tools useful and available, but we cannot promise they will always be complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the club is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on outdated website information or by a third-party service. Nothing in these terms removes a right or responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude.
